Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment or event registration, please notify me as soon as possible by replying to your confirmation email or contacting info@igniteyourfire.net.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your appointment/event will receive a full refund (minus any transaction fees).

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment/event are non-refundable.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel late, please reach out—I’m happy to discuss how I can support you.
