My name is Christina, I am a Trauma- Informed Mind-Body Integration Practitioner, who blends my experience as a Registered Practical Nurse with deep expertise in mind-body practices. I offer a comprehensive approach to well-being by integrating Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Certified Yoga (CYA_RYT500), Reiki, and Holy Light energy work. My mission is to guide clients toward profound healing and sustainable strength through breath practices and movements that harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. For years I suffered with anxiety, depression and post traumatic stress disorder. Unaware of the toll it was taking on me both mentally and physically. That is until I found myself in a downward spiral unable to cope with lifes challenges. This led me to the practice of yoga, breathwork somatics and mindfulness. Together these tools helped me recognize, understand and work through my triggers, restoring my relationship with myself. Allowing me to release my fears, and my limiting beliefs. Combined these practices gave me the ability to truly love and honor myself. I started Ignite Your Fire Yoga Wellness, because I believe that true transformation begins within. As a Registered Practical Nurse with clinical experience in mental health and perioperative settings, I understands the intricacies of the human body and the interconnectedness of physical and mental health. As a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Healing Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki and Holy Light Practitioner, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to your wellness plan. My innovative approach to health and wellness combines Science-based practices with ancient somatic wisdom , empowering you to heal, regulate and thrive from the inside out.
